Here is my epic AWFUL GAMES review of Transformers: Convoy no Nazo for the Nintendo Famicom. It redeems everything of how my recent AWFUL GAMES reviews were. It has every single detail on the game, I pretty much talk nonstop about it, there’s funny moments, and there’s a conclusion like you’ve never EVER seen before. I worked on this review for ALMOST A MONTH and I was thinking of ideas for this review LONG before I started working on this, and I hope that this review pays off. I did not only for my fans, but for people who wanna see a review that amazes them in some way. So without further ado, here is the feature presentation. This is a THREE PART REVIEW, but I’ve already explained how this review will be. Nothing drags on. It’s a nonstop entertaining review. Hope you enjoy!

EDIT: About the part where I was comparing the game to Contra and Super Mario Bros., I should’ve also mentioned almost ALL games of 1986 were one-hit kill like Atari ports and other classic ports as well as some SMS and DOS ports maybe. But unlike this game, at least most of those got everything right. Also note that there will be text on parts where I miss out on things.

Transformers: The Game is based on Michael Bay’s big action-movie reimagining of the classic giant-robot cartoon and toy franchises that were integral to more than a few adult gamers’ formative years. You’ll play as both the noble Autobots and the evil Decepticons, following both groups as they battle for control of a powerful device that gives the giant bots life. The game lets you race, transform, and smash your way through events that take you into an open world adventure, mirroring the film’s key moments. While the console games feature the slick updates of classic characters, such as Optimus Prime, Megatron, and Bumblebee, the unlockable content offers some cool surprises for fans of the original-generation bots.

Each Nintendo DS game features 20 unique story missions plus more than 20 challenge missions as well as local wireless multiplayer modes for up to four players.

The PSPÒ (PlayStationÒ Portable) system version of TRANSFORMERS: The Game features more than 20 playable TRANSFORMERS characters with three combat modes and 19 story-based missions that have players playing both AUTOBOTS and DECEPTICONS as they progress through the game. In addition, gamers can battle in four-player Ad Hoc wireless competitions including Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Ascension Rites (king of the hill) and Secure the Energon (capture the flag), in more than 10 multiplayer arenas.
