Finally, Illusion Softworks revealed a full motion video for the coming sequal of the game Mafia. The images are stunning next-gen quality, so every fan is waiting eagerly for it to come out…
The good news is, not only does it look awesome, it will be avaiable on XBOX360, PS3 and PC!
Most gangster game fans can sit out the time with The Godfather game, but while The Godfather game is younger than Mafia, the later one still has a greater fanbase, due to modding of the original, so it’s good that a sequel is coming!
By the way, for the fans there is a nice Louis Prima song in the background to finish the atmosphere!

I hope they don’t …
I hope they don’t make your character become the traitor in this game like Tommy was and Saliari wanting to kill him. I hope in Mafia II vito can work his way up to become Don in the end. I think it makes a more cool ending, just like The Godfather. Don’t get me wrong, Mafia had a great story, but in the 8 year time span it didn’t seem like Tommy went anywhere in the ranking. Like he never bacame Saliari’s right hand man or nothin. He always stayed at the same level as Sam and Paulie.

Well the pics could “possibly” be prerendered but they’re probably not. Still man, the devs have shown no actual gameplay, so until they release it, it’s a bit biased to say one looks better than the other when GTAIV immediately showed full gameplay footage and Mafia hasn’t released JACK .
But on one note I completely agree with you. Mafia 2 will be 100x better than GTA, it always has. The story, gameplay, I trust will be superb.
